Well, thats it. Winter is upon us and Katani has stocked up on heaps of fresh new DVD's to get you through to warmer weather again...
The King of surf flicks Taylor Steele has done it again with his new vid The Drifter. Featuring Rob Machado as a pro surfer that has had enough of the commercial world and heads to Indonesia to get lost in himself (something we would all love to do).
This movie has some great Indo footage and is a pretty cool story too.

Tim Bonython's Sessions 2 - Slab Hunters follows on from his original Sessions flick in 2008. Some incredible footage of secret reefs in South Oz, Shippies, Ours, Teahupo'o and West Oz bombies. A great flick to get you amped on your next surf.

Modern Collective has been out for a while but if you haven't seen it yet and you love surfing, then I strongly advise you steal, rip, flog burn or buy it cos it's a cracker!
Probably the most progressive and influential surfing since MP's Kirra cutback in Morning of the Earth. With an all star cast of Dion Agius, Mitch Coleborn, Yadin Nicol, Dusty Payne, Dane Reynolds & Jordy Smith how could you not come up with a cracking surf film.
Click below and get a little sampler of Modern Collective. You'll want to see more!!
Chase Burns (the local film maker from Victoria) has backed up with a kiteboarding film after his surf flick Stretching the Canvas was a big hit. Land of Lahara has a great vibe about it, set in the unexpected Papua New Guinea. Chase has not only captured great kiteboarding footage but also encapsulates the essence of travelling to new places.
Check out a sneak preview below or buy it here!
So no matter how many hours you have to spend indoors this winter, Katani has you covered with loads of fresh new DVD's to buy here!
